Shipping & Orders
Yes — free shipping on all orders in the US.
We're currently beta-testing some international shipping zones — UK, Canada, Panama, and Mexico (duties and taxes paid by recipient). Contact info@theabsolutecollagen.com for specifics.

Yes — we sell a 15-day single-packet pack. Note: it takes a few weeks of daily use to see improvements.
Returns & Contact
Yes — brand-new unopened items, returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer covers return shipping.

Certifications & Sourcing
Yes — all products are Kosher for Passover year-round, except The Chocolate Bliss.
No. While Parve, it's sourced from grass-fed cow hides. Collagen can only come from an animal source — there is no vegan or plant-based collagen.
Yes — sourced from the hides of grass-fed and grass-finished cows.
Yes — every lot is third-party tested for heavy metals and microbiological components.

Add collagen to an empty cup, then add warm liquid and stir. For cold drinks, dissolve in a small amount of warm liquid first, then add the rest of the cold beverage.
